6. The program is open to various types of professionals from the helping professions – psychologists, medical
doctors, social workers, Websites who at their working place are able to utilize systems methodology, in consideration with the social and professional context.
7. In relevance with the principle that personality develops and realizes in a social, interpersonal context, the training is conducted predominantly in a group milieu with consideration that the “here and now” experience is related to past experience as well as to the topical life situation.
Duration : 5 years about 1 000 training hours
FPSI has decided on a duration of five years, taking in consideration the deficit of practical knowledge and skills as well as the lack of autonomy-stimulating approaches that have been characteristic of the Bulgarian education system for nearly half a century (under communist regime) and the results in the “social mind' and in the stance of the specialists in helping professions, produced by these deficits .

1. Seminars
The seminars in the first two years include concrete illustrations of cases taken from everyday reality and from the therapeutic practice. The cases are actively worked upon by the participants through group roles, painting, psychodrama techniques…etc.
Followed by small groups and large group discussion and by theoretical illustrations of systems principles. In the last two years the theoretical dimension of the seminars is gradually becoming the predominant one.
